There is a fantastic new yarn event happening in Welwyn Garden City in November - 'Wool-In Garden City'.

From Monday 18th  to Saturday 23rd November you can visit the free entry Pop Up Shop in the Dessert Kitchen shop. Here you will find a selection of beautiful hand dyed yarns, British Wool and Fairtrade organic cotton, crochet and knitting patterns, tools, kits and accessories.

A variety of interesting workshops, talks and demonstrations will take place throughout the week in the Pop Up Shop too. Scroll down to find out more!

The event is being organised by Helen from Woolly Chic and will be the 2nd Wool-in Garden City wool event, following the success of the first one back in January.

Knit and Natter, Crochet and Chat in the indoor garden between the escalators. Free to attend. Bring along your knitting, crochet or any other portable craft and meet with other like-minded creative people.

Following the week long pop up shop, there will be the Wool-in Garden City Wool Show on Sunday 24th November from 10-4 pm.

This will take place at the Oaklands College, The Campus, Welwyn Garden City AL8 6AH.
